HGM ultra-fine ring roller mill is a professional grinding machine for processing fine powder, micro-powder and ultra-fine powder, commonly known as three-ring mill, three-ring micro-mill, medium-speed mill and three-ring mill. The machine overcomes the defects of traditional industrial Raymond mill in application range, yield, fineness, energy consumption, service life and so on. Working principle

HGM ultra-fine ring roller mill is composed of main mill, powder separator, powder collector, dust collector, fan, muffler, soundproof room, crusher, elevator, silo, feeder and other parts.

After the large material is broken into small particles by the crusher, it is sent to the silo by the elevator, and then through the feeder and the inclined guide pipe, the material is evenly sent to the bulk tray on the upper part of the turntable. When the mill is working, the mill roller rotates and rolls in the ring track. Under the centrifugal action, the material is dispersed to the periphery and falls into the grinding chamber, and is pressed, rolled and ground by the grinding roller in the ring.

With the high pressure fan constantly pumping the air inside the machine, the material after multi-layer grinding is brought into the powder separator, the high-speed rotating impeller screens it, the unqualified material falls back to re-grinding, and the qualified material enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow. The density of the dust particles fall, discharged by the bottom of the discharge valve is the finished product, the less dense fine dust with the air flow into the dust collector, and adhere to the surface of the filter bag, pulse valve control high pressure air from the filter bag instantaneously spray, adhere to the dust on the filter bag fell due to the shake of the conveyor at the bottom of the two collected materials sent out for finished packaging.
